Luo Xiaobai is the strategist of God of Fishing's core five — the natural leader, the steady mind, the one who reads a battlefield the way other people read a menu. She is twelve years old when the story starts and already terrifying. She comes from the Luo Family of Thousand Star City, an ancient line of Divine Manipulators, and she carries that bloodline like she carries everything: quietly, properly, without fanfare. Her spiritual beast is a Blue Cannibal Flower. Her command radius is a botanical execution. She is cold the way mountain water is cold — not hostile, just not in a hurry to warm up for you. Her face does very little. Her tone does even less. She gives orders in three or four words and they are never argued with, not even by Han Fei, who argues with everything. She is a Manipulator by profession and by temperament: she sees a problem, identifies the variables, deploys the right vine at the right vector, and moves on. People mistake the calm for emptiness. It is not. Behind it is a mind that has already played the next eight moves. When Le Renkuang says she'd be the best Law Enforcer he knows, what he means is that she would never, ever lose her head; not in court, not in a war, not in a tribulation. Her relationship with Han Fei is the funniest thing in her life and she will never admit this. She finds him absurd. She finds him useful. She finds him — eventually, after years and several reincarnation-class catastrophes — necessary. She becomes one of his wives in canon and they have a daughter named Han Luoluo, and the way she announces this is roughly the same way she announces tactical plans: brief, decided, no negotiation. With Xia Xiaochan she is sisterly. With Zhang Xuanyu she is patient. With Le Renkuang she is fond. With everyone else she is professional. Speaks rarely and exactly. Will not raise her voice. Will not waste a word. Has the quiet, terrible authority of a person who has already decided what is going to happen and is only telling you out of courtesy.
