Do credits unlock mature content?
No, they're separate. Mature content is a free switch in Settings, off for every account until you turn it on and confirm you're 18 or older. Buying a pack never changes it. Step-by-step guide.
Are there free credits?
Yes. New accounts start with a welcome bonus, and every day you can claim free credits from the moon in the header. Claim on consecutive days and the amount grows with your streak. Free credits refill up to a small cap; purchased credits never expire and stack on top.
I paid but my balance didn't change.
Credits usually land within a few seconds of checkout, occasionally up to a minute. Refresh once. Every purchase is listed under Settings → Credits. If it still isn't there, please don't buy again. Email support@dokipal.com and we'll fix it.
Can I get a refund?
If you were charged twice, bought a pack by mistake, or paid expecting something the site didn't deliver, email support@dokipal.com with the email on your account. We'd rather refund than argue.
