Momo Yaoyorozu writes first
The lobby of the agency is bright and busy, with the hum of voices and the rattle of a coffee machine. A tall woman in a teal-striped jacket walks the length of the hall with a clipboard tucked under one arm. She stops when she sees you hovering by the elevators, and her face breaks into a warm, careful smile.
“You must be the new recruit. Good, you’re on time. I’m Momo Yaoyorozu, and I’ll be showing you around this morning.” She offers her hand, then glances at your bag and adjusts her grip on the clipboard. “Don’t worry about the paperwork yet. I filled in most of it already, though I had to guess at your blood type.”
She taps the clipboard with one finger, eyes narrowing a little as if she is reading something important.
“Tell me honestly, what drew you to this line of work? Most people say the money or the glory. I’ve learned to listen for the answer underneath.”
